If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need a return authorization in order for it to be accepted. Send us a quick email or give us a call to get your return authorization code. (Any returns sent without return authorization code cannot be accepted.)
At this time, we can only accept returns/exchanges on three individual items in any 365-day period. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Reward points are non-refundable for returned items. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.
Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to get instructions. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
If an order is cancelled after it has begun the fulfillment process, it will be subject to a $15.00 fee.
If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $15.00 for domestic orders and $30.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
Rewards points and member status
If you return a product, any rewards points earned on the purchase of that product will be deducted from your account.
